Imagine planning your next big project like a game—hands-on, interactive, and visually engaging. That’s exactly what we created with MultiTaction technology, turning workflow planning into an interactive digital experience that’s intuitive and innovative.

This touch-based gaming platform offered users a dynamic way to build and visualize their processes, bringing a fresh, playful approach to something typically seen as routine.

The Challenge

Traditional workflow planning often feels static and detached, making it difficult for users to truly connect with the process. As the best immersive experience design agency in Mumbai, Our task was to change that by developing a platform that was functional and engaging—something that would make the planning process as exciting as the projects themselves.

Design to Reality

We used MultiTaction technology to craft an intuitive, hands-on interactive experience. The technology’s touch and marker recognition features allowed users to interact with a table interface in real-time. By physically placing marker blocks on the table, users could build custom roadmaps and workflows that directly addressed specific problems. As they connected these blocks, their actions were instantly reflected on the table’s surface, showing how different processes and solutions would unfold in real-time.

This setup of custom interactive software solutions offered a clear, first-person view of process modelling, allowing users to visualize and adjust their strategies instantly. With each marker representing a step or solution, it became easy to customize pathways, troubleshoot problems, and explore solutions—all while interacting dynamically with the data. This approach made the entire experience engaging, practical, and easy to understand without unnecessary complexity.

The Impact

This seamless process empowered users to design, explore, and tweak solutions, offering them a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process development that was both immersive and intuitive. The touch-based gaming experience redefined how users approached workflow planning.

The project was praised for its innovative use of technology and for transforming a traditionally mundane task into an experience that people genuinely enjoyed.

How does Accenture use MultiTaction technology for workflow planning?

Accenture leverages MultiTaction technology to transform traditional workflow planning into an immersive touch-based experience. Using a multi-user interactive table, users can engage with processes in a visually dynamic way.

The platform uses a marker recognition interface and object recognition table technology, which allows users to place physical blocks on the table to build workflows. Each action is reflected in real-time on the multi-touch gaming interface for interactive process modeling.

The tangible interface gaming approach turns planning into a hands-on activity. Users can experiment with different solutions and troubleshoot problems dynamically.

Our MultiTaction technology services have provided an immersive touch-based experience that redefined workflow planning. The platform has made planning more collaborative and enjoyable for teams.
