This project set a new benchmark for in-store experiences in India, blending innovation with customer engagement to create a seamless and exciting shopping environment.

The challenge
Myntra wanted to transform its store into a tech-driven space that enhanced the retail experience and created a strong connection between their online and physical presence. The challenge was to seamlessly merge immersive technology and interactive digital content while ensuring maximum customer engagement. We had to find a way to make the in-store experience as dynamic and exciting as Myntra’s online platform.
Design to reality
Our approach was simple but impactful—use state-of-the-art technologies to create an environment where customers could truly interact with the brand. We deployed MultiTaction with QR Marker Detection, set up a Selfie Corner with a ramp, and integrated Touch Displays throughout the store. The focus was on using tech to connect the physical store with Myntra’s online world, offering customers an immersive, omni-channel shopping experience. The 4K content played a crucial role, adding an extra layer of excitement and interactivity across all screens.
The impact
The immersive experience exceeded expectations, drawing customers into a dynamic, engaging space that left a lasting impression. By integrating Retail Experience Centres and digital content installations, we not only captured attention but also enhanced customer interaction, leading to increased foot traffic and repeat visits. This project pushed the boundaries of retail innovation and solidified Myntra’s position as a leader in tech-driven retail experiences.
