Redefining corporate events with interactive experiences at Microsoft

When the Museum of Solutions, JSW, sought to develop an advanced, immersive educational space for children, they approached ImmersionX for expertise in designing interactive exhibits that combined education with engagement. We were tasked with creating a series of exhibits for the Discover Floor that would transform traditional learning into an interactive, hands-on experience.

At Microsoft India’s annual meet, innovation was the name of the game. ImmersionX stepped up with a high-tech solution to ditch the traditional brochures and make information sharing fun, interactive, and engaging with MultiTaction technology. This wasn’t just about tech—it was about turning a routine event into an unforgettable experience.

The challenge

Microsoft didn’t just want to deliver content—they wanted a connection. The challenge was finding a way to engage hundreds of attendees simultaneously, maximizing both productivity and participation, while seamlessly delivering important information. 

Design to reality

We created an interactive “digital tree,” not your average information kiosk. Three screens stacked vertically and one at the bottom brought MultiTaction technology to life, allowing attendees to access personalized digital manuals with a simple QR scan. No need to search or fumble for documents—just a quick scan and all the necessary resources appeared, tailored to each individual. 

The real magic? Each attendee had a unique QR code linked to their profile, enabling them to retrieve information instantly, share it via email, and dive into the learning experience with ease. 

The impact

The result was a high-energy, highly productive event. The MultiTaction tech didn’t just enhance engagement—it turned a standard corporate meeting into an interactive playground. Attendees were able to access everything they needed instantly, connect with content in a whole new way, and take the experience home with them through email shares. This was information with impact, and sett a new benchmark for corporate engagement.
