1000+ Clinics. One Scalable Training Solution

When the Museum of Solutions, JSW, sought to develop an advanced, immersive educational space for children, they approached ImmersionX for expertise in designing interactive exhibits that combined education with engagement. We were tasked with creating a series of exhibits for the Discover Floor that would transform traditional learning into an interactive, hands-on experience. 

To solve a nationwide training challenge across 1000+ clinics, we proposed a scalable solution that combines holographic presence with AI-powered support—bringing consistency, clarity, and efficiency to nurse training at scale.

The challenge

With over 1000+ clinics spread across the U.S., one of America’s largest physician networks faced a serious bottleneck—nurse training. In-person sessions were logistically impossible to scale, and traditional video calls lacked presence, clarity, and interaction.

The question was simple: How do you train thousands of healthcare professionals without flying them in or diluting the learning experience?

Design to reality

We introduced BeamBoxx—a life-sized, portable holographic display that can act as a virtual chatbox, live-streaming portal, or AI-powered training assistant.

Healthcare professionals could now be live-streamed into training rooms across the country as interactive holograms—visible, human, and present. When not in use for live sessions, the BeamBoxx transforms into an on-demand virtual trainer, powered by conversational AI that can answer questions in real time.

The setup required no major infrastructure, just a plug-and-play deployment that could fit into any training room, clinic, or even reception area.

The impact

The result is a scalable training tool that feels personal, without the physical presence. Clinics now can:  

  • Conduct interactive nurse training across geographies 
  • Offer AI-powered medical guidance in a life-sized, human form 
  • Save costs on travel, time, and coordination without compromising experience  

From streamlining medical training to making expert knowledge constantly available, BeamBoxx is transforming how this healthcare giant trains and connects—with no screen fatigue, no missed sessions, and no compromise on engagement.
