ImmersionX celebrated the successful completion of the “Myntra Retail Store” project, introducing immersive applications for the brand’s new Brick and Mortar store in Bengaluru. With a commitment to digital transformation, we implemented a cutting-edge 4K content deployment strategy across all screens, creating a visceral experience that set a new standard for retail in India. 


The challenge was to seamlessly integrate immersive technologies to enhance the retail experience and foster connectivity through an Omni Channel approach while ensuring maximum customer engagement. 


Our concept centered around deploying state-of-the-art technologies such as MultiTaction with QR Marker Detection, a Selfie Corner featuring a Ramp, and Touch Displays, forming a comprehensive strategy aimed at fostering connectivity through Omni Channel.

We strategically incorporated a Digital Content, transforming the store into a dynamic and engaging environment, seamlessly integrating interactive technologies to captivate customers and enhance the brand’s digital presence. 


The integration of Retail Experience Center and Digital Content Installation garnered maximum attention from customers, elevating their user experience and instilling a sense of excitement, ultimately encouraging repeat visits. This project exemplifies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of retail innovation and delivering unparalleled immersive experiences.
